According to extensive studies, robots prove to be more beneficial to autistic children in more ways than one. As an example, a robot's lack of expression which an autistic child prefers, and the robot's slower speech at 20% less than his human counterpart, makes them more likely to interact, engage and learn. (87% engagement rate as opposed to 3% with a therapist)
