ROBOTIC COMPETITION

The AU ROBOTIC COMPETITION is an event that brings young people together from all over UAE. It is a combination of science, technology,engineering and math education. This event will allow these young people the opportunity to develop through various robotic challenges and competitions. Robotics is a wonderful platform for learning 21st century skills. Solving robotic challenges builds innovation, creativity and problem solving skills in students, and because robotics crosses multiple curriculum subjects, students must learn and apply their knowledge in science, engineering, math, and computer programming. The most rewarding part of designing robots is that students have fun, work together as a team, and learning occurs naturally. AJMAN UNIVERSITY organizes competitions throughout the UAE at regional, state, and national levels. With partnership with QIWI TECHNOLOGIES and BLUE PBC professional Engineers,the top teams from the national level competition earn an invitation to the final Championships held at the SHIEKH ZAYED CENTER FOR CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION at AJMAN UNIVERSITY Participants work together with a coach in teams of two or three students to perform new tasks during the computation. Teams create, design and build a robot model that is capable to perform a challenge. This month,The preliminary round will be at the Global Pinoy Academy and a new theme and challenge are set. The competition starts from preliminary rounds to the final judging. Participant are from year level of grades 10 to 12 and can participate in one of the three competition categories during the preliminary rounds: Team of 5, Team of 3 and the chosen winner will represent their school to compete the national grand finals.
